Easy Halloween Craft

Here's an easy Halloween craft for your kids to do. You'll need 10 small safety pins & 1 large safety pins as well as orange and black seed beads and a piece of graph paper. On the graph paper sketch a simple Halloween jack o lantern design. Make sure the design covers 10 squares across and 9 squares up and down. Each column of the graph represents a safety pin. Starting from the bottom, slip the seed beads on each pin in the order your graph shows. Carefully open the circle on the large safety pins & slide each small pin onto the large pin until all the pins are added. Carefully close the circle and the pin & you'll have a wonderful Halloween Friendship Pin. Want to see an example of the finished pins? Click here:

Halloween and Christmas

Well the holidays are approaching and I've added a few handmade beaded charm bracelets to celebrate! Halloween charms include candy corn, jack o lanterns, bats, spiders, Frankenstein, and aliens. Fair Update & Wow!

Wow! The fair is going great this year. Almost all of my Friendship Pins sold out the first day. If you don't know what they are, Friendship Pins are beaded pins made out of safety pins. They are made in different patterns like flowers, Halloween, hearts, crosses, birds, butterflies, etc.

Craft Fair!

Where I am right now

Moonlight Creations Jewelry has been going strong for three years now. I started with simple bracelets and Friendship Pins and today have added anklets, earrings, hat pins, wine charms, book thongs, blue jean baubles, badge/eyeglass holders and a bunch of other beaded creations.

I started this blog to keep track of new products I come up with and new supplies I find. I also hope to meet some new customers and maybe do some networking. This is my first blog so bear with me as I customize it and figure what works and what doesn't.
